It's pretty fun and easy actually. You do an inbox on an assigned day every two weeks and it shouldn't take more than 1 hour or so. We have a journal (bau_watch) whose friendslist we check to collect the relevant links that we put in each edition. There's a template that can be used.

As I said, it's really fun and easy. :)
