LJ layout/design updated

I've updated the layout for bau_inbox; I've got a banner up and have changed the colours to match it.

Let me know what you think; do we want to add a box with links in it on the side? If so, what do we want added? (It's a basic account so we only have ten slots).

I'm planning to do a couple group user icons tonight and should have those posted by tomorrow!

Let me know what you think of the layout, please!

For the links list: Any Criminal Minds forum out there? I know that YT$AW has a little section to talk about Criminal Minds. I go there, but it could really use some more action.

*displaying my ignorance* what's YT$AW?? TWoP is a good idea too - I don't plan on going through there for news, as the forums are usually very busy, but it's probably worth linking to them. At this rate, the links list is going to look like alphabetti...

I think linking to them is a good plan - we're aiming just to keep people informed rather than provide a forum.

Hmmmm...Maybe rather than a 'links' list, we make it a 'Forum' list - ie "we won't check these sites for bau_inbox, but we know you can use them to talk about CM". The link to CBS is on the top of the page anyway, so what about including tv.com in the 'Forum' list?

*whispers* There are no links at the top anymore...I changed to 3 column layout. ;)

Can do with the links on the side: I'll make CBS the top one, then list the forums we know of: YT$DAW (your tax dollars at work), TWOP, the board I linked to and any others folks are aware of. I think linking to the forums on the side, as it were, is a good idea.

I'll go fill in the 'blurb' box, unless we can make it disappear? I haven't managed it on my journal yet, but I've only just got the hang of centering my text... :D
