Searching for a fic

Hey.
I don't know if this is okay, to ask here. I checked the rules and found nothing. So feel free to delete if this is not okay with you guys.

I just think, if someone knows, then you guys here.

I'm, looking for a fic (or rather two). They are CM/Legend of the Seeker crossover, femslash with Em/JJ and Cara/Kahlan. I read the first one, where JJ/EM were, with the help of really powerful magic, ported through time, space and dimensions to the LotS-verse.
I really liked the story and I think, there was a second installment were Cara/Kahlan were "magcally ported" into the CM-verse.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
